New Traverse City Office
Our new Traverse City office is under construction on the corner of South Garfield Avenue and Centre Street, next to Aspire North (formerly known as the Traverse Area Association of Realtors). When it opens, the three-level, 17,575-square-foot facility will serve as the bank’s principal office and will be home to more than 50 employees.
“We’ve always been a community bank. While we continue to invest in the digital banking solutions customers expect, we know a lot of our customers still want a physical location. Somewhere they can meet face-to face, or do their banking via a drive-thru or drive-up ATM,” said Dan Druskovich, Regional President. “This building will be very convenient for our customers, and it shows our continued commitment to the Grand Traverse area.”
The new office will provide customers with full-service banking, including two drive-thru lanes, a 24-hour drive-up ATM, an after-hours depository, and plenty of convenient parking. It will also house the bank’s business banking, mortgage lending, consumer lending, administration and operations teams.

State Savings Bank has announced plans for a new Traverse City office. When it opens, the three-level facility will serve as the bank’s principal office and will be home to more than 50 employees.
State Savings Bank’s new Traverse City office will be located on the corner of Garfield Avenue and Centre Street, next to Aspire North (formerly known as the Traverse Area Association of Realtors). An existing building on the site has been demolished to make room for the new 17,575-square-foot facility.
“We’ve always been a community bank. While we continue to invest in the digital banking solutions customers expect, we know a lot of our customers still want a physical location. Somewhere they can meet face-to face, or do their banking via a drive-thru or drive-up ATM,” said Dan Druskovich, Regional President. “This building will be very convenient for our customers, and it shows our continued commitment to the Grand Traverse area.”
When the new bank office opens, it will provide customers with full-service banking, including two drive-thru lanes, a 24-hour drive-up ATM, an after-hours depository, and plenty of convenient parking.
